Refund Policy

The Guarantee in Plain Language

SkillStack works or you pay nothing. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to try the Skills. If they do not produce copy that sounds like your brand in your first working session, we will refund your €49 in full.

We built this policy because we are confident in the product. The risk is on us, not you.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to support@tryskillstack.com from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Use the subject line "Refund request". That's all we need — no explanation is required, but you're welcome to tell us what didn't work so we can improve.
3. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and issue the refund to your original payment method.
4. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your card or bank account, depending on your bank.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
• The refund applies to the full purchase price of €49.
• Each order is eligible for one refund. If you purchase again after receiving a refund, the guarantee applies to your new purchase.
• We do not issue partial refunds.

EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital content purchases. However, this right may be waived if the consumer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal before the content is delivered.

By completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery. This does not affect your rights under our 14-day money-back guarantee, which is separate from and more generous than the statutory minimum.
