The Marketer's AI Skill Stack ("SkillStack", "we", "us", "our") is a digital product available at www.tryskillstack.com. By purchasing or using SkillStack you agree to these Terms of Service.
SkillStack is a bundle of 45 Claude Skill files ("Skills") delivered as a downloadable ZIP archive. After a successful payment you receive immediate access to the download on the confirmation page. Access is yours for life — there are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no expiry date.
The Skills are designed to be installed inside Anthropic's Claude interface. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic PBC.
Upon payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the Skills for your own commercial or non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
One purchase = one user. If you manage multiple businesses you may use the Skills across all of them personally, but you may not pass them to colleagues or contractors without purchasing additional licences.
All Skills, associated copy, and branding remain the intellectual property of SkillStack. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Copy and text generated by Claude using the Skills is yours. We make no claim to the output you produce.
The purchase price is €49 (euros), a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. Prices may change for future buyers; once you have purchased, your access is not affected by any price increase.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Skills do not generate usable marketing output during your first session, email support@tryskillstack.com and we will refund you in full — no form to fill in, no explanation required.
For EU/EEA consumers: digital content that has been delivered and accessed may not qualify for the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, because by proceeding to payment you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery. However, our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
The download is available immediately on the confirmation page after payment. If you cannot access your download, contact support@tryskillstack.com and we will assist you within 24 hours.
We may add Skills to the bundle over time. Existing buyers receive additions at no extra cost. We reserve the right to remove or modify individual Skills, although we will not remove the core set you purchased without notice.
SkillStack is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Skills will meet your specific business needs, produce any particular level of revenue, or be error-free. Results depend on how you use them and the nature of your brand.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of SkillStack. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product (€49).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of SkillStack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing customers.
